Therefore, Berlitz International, Inc. has instituted policies intended to ensure that your personal information is handled securely and responsibly. What Are Cookies and How Do We Use Them?

Berlitz is committed to doing its best to maintain the security of information collected on our site. To try to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
When you use a browser allowing for encryption and our online submission forms (not e-mail), your personal information submitted to our site is protected. What About Children's Privacy?
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act took effect on April 21, 2000 and imposes certain requirements on Web sites directed toward children under 13 that collect information on those children, or on Web sites that know they are collecting information on children under the age of 13. We want to let you know that it currently is our policy not to knowingly collect personal information for any person under 13. For this reason, our online sweepstakes are restricted to entrants who, at a minimum, are 18 years old.
We can not guarantee that links from Our site to other sites follow our safety or privacy guidelines. We encourage adults and children to discuss these choices together. We are not responsible for the content or safety or privacy practices of any sites linked from our pages.
If this policy changes, berlitz will revise this portion of its privacy policy and will comply with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, which include providing notice and choice to each child's parent or guardian before collecting personal information.
Berlitz does not sell products or services for purchase by children. We sell children's products and services for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may purchase our products and services at our site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
